1. Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
• Items not eligible for return include opened consumables, sterile medical items, or custom-ordered equipment.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos and a brief description of the issue.
